this conference tackles a topic that i find fascinating as someone interested in development in the Arab (and Muslim) world. I wish i knew more about it, but there seems to be so much potential in waqf (as their is in the religiously prescribed zakat (and 3oshour for copts in egypt)) as a means for development.
